Our Approach
How We Build Brand Partnerships
01 — Brand Evaluation
We begin by evaluating the brand, product portfolio, marketplace presence, pricing structure, logistics, existing distribution model, and long-term commercial opportunity.
Not every brand is the right fit for our model—and we believe selectivity creates stronger partnerships.
02 — Partnership & Authorization
Before moving forward, we discuss the brand's reseller requirements, approved channels, marketplace policies, MAP guidelines, sourcing structure, and Amazon authorization requirements.
Our preferred relationships are built on clear expectations from the beginning.
03 — Supply Setup
Depending on the brand's preferred structure, products may be purchased directly from the brand or through an approved distributor.
We maintain purchasing records and a transparent sourcing chain.
04 — Marketplace Operations
Approved products are stocked and sold through Amazon.com under the agreed marketplace framework.
We manage our inventory, fulfillment, marketplace operations, and customer-facing responsibilities.
05 — Performance & Reordering
We evaluate sales performance, inventory levels, customer demand, and reorder requirements.
Strong performance can lead to expanded product selection and increased purchasing.
06 — Long-Term Growth
Our ultimate objective is to develop a relationship that becomes increasingly valuable for both parties.
That may include larger purchase commitments, additional products, closer coordination, and deeper marketplace cooperation.
